A health certificate will come with your new puppy.
If at any time during the 1st year of life your puppy, is found not to be compatible with the situation of the original purchaser, return him/her with the AKC papers to us, and he/she will be replaced at no charge, (other then shipping) as soon as replacement is available. The owners "word" is all that is needed for replacement. The puppy must be in good physical condition.
If your puppy dies or is crippled by distemper, hepatitis, Parvo or Leptospirosis within 12 months of purchase, return the AKC papers with a Veterinarian statement of such, and we will gladly replace him at no charge. (other than shipping )
This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is non-transferable. The puppy must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered, spayed or registration application form has expired. Owner is responsible for transportation costs to and from kennel.
